Filters clear all
Tick two or more models to compare their sell-out side by side. With nothing ticked, the search text filters on its own.
Detected from the model name — a discrete card (NV 6GB, RTX, GTX…) counts as GPU; integrated-graphics models count as Non-GPU.
Read from the model description. Items with no spec in the name are excluded while a processor is ticked.

Purchasing & reorder suggestions
Velocity is units sold per week over the filtered period (credit notes excluded). Suggested order = target cover × velocity − current stock, for items selling faster than their stock will last. Sell-through = sold ÷ (sold + stock). GMROI = gross profit earned ÷ stock cost value — higher means the item earns its keep. Respects all sidebar filters.
Reorder priority
Inventory & sell-through No inventory file loaded
Current inventory is summed across all warehouses per item code — hover the In Stock number for the warehouse breakdown. Sell-out is pulled from the sales ledger and respects the Month / Brand / Category / Item filters on the left (Month, Brand, and Category narrow the list but aren't shown as columns here). Select exactly one month in the sidebar to unlock the Wk1–Wk5 breakdown below.
Brand is read from the sales ledger where available. For stock-only items that have never appeared in a sales file, brand is cross-checked from the item code itself — the letters right after the 3-letter category prefix (e.g. NBKMSI0KG050MY, RAMKLEV60A300K) are matched against the same pattern on items with confirmed sales history. Items marked code-matched in the drill-down below were resolved this way; anything still under "Unknown" has a code pattern with no match yet in your sales data.

Clearance candidates
Stock you are holding a lot of that is not moving fast enough to justify it. An item is flagged when it clears all four tests below, so the list is a case you can take to a supplier or a markdown meeting, not just a dead-stock dump. Respects the sidebar filters.

Margin Finder
Cheap to stock, earns well, already proven to sell — the lines worth pushing because each ringgit of stock works hardest. Bundle and giveaway lines (cost equal to revenue) are excluded, as are Bags, which are almost all notebook giveaways rather than a product to push. Anything above the Max GP % is held back as an unposted cost and listed separately, and items with nothing left on the shelf are left out entirely — there is no decision to make about stock you do not have. Respects the sidebar filters.

Line-item detail
Excludes CN document types, invoice lines already reversed by a credit note, and shipping-charge lines. Upload one month at a time (via the button above or drag & drop) — each upload merges in by month, replacing only the month(s) it contains, so uploading Jan, then Feb, then Mar builds up the full year. Remove a specific month using the × on its chip above.
